This husband and wife duo brings over 35 years of experience in delivering high-quality sport and dance programs, to participants of all ages. Their expertise extends through the education system and large sport and recreation-based organizations, focusing on enhancing athletic performance and providing effective movement training through engaging dance movement.

We offer high-quality dance movement training, including kids, teens and adult classes, designed to enhance coordination, confidence, and athletic performance. Our programs cater to everyone from beginners to experienced participants, helping people develop transferable movement skills that improve performance across all sports.
Our kids dance classes focus on building coordination, rhythm, balance, and confidence in a fun and supportive environment. Suitable for primary school-aged participants, these sessions not only enhance foundational movement skills but also support athletic performance in all sports and physical activities. Additionally, our movement training lays the groundwork for future adult dance classes, encourage children to develop a love for dance movement that lasts a lifetime.
Our teen program is designed to complement traditional sport by enhancing agility, balance, coordination, and body control.
Blending elements of dance, fitness, and fundamental movement training, these sessions are suitable for all ability levels and sporting backgrounds. Whether supporting athletic performance or building confidence through movement, participants develop greater efficiency, control, and adaptability.
New to dance? Our beginner-friendly adult dance classes are specifically designed for participants with zero dance experience. You'll find a welcoming environment to learn dance movement fundamentals, build confidence, and stay active through movement training.
